01. Service Agreement
By engaging with DevsHarbor services, you agree to our lab protocols and project delivery workflows as outlined in our mission briefs.
02. Technical Deployment
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for all deployed architectures within our managed cloud infrastructure. Clients are responsible for maintaining their access credentials.
03. Liability
DevsHarbor is not liable for data loss or outages caused by third-party providers (AWS, Azure, Vercel) once the project is launched and keys are transferred.
